Note: To qualify for our Returns Policy, all products, including complete water filter systems and replacement water filter cartridges must be in new, unused condition and be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Where a product listing specifically states that the product is not able to be returned under this policy (usually due to health and safety reasons), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted.
Should one of our water filters arrive damaged* or faulty*, we will gladly replace the unit or, if preferred, issue a full refund. We will also cover all delivery charges in relation to return of damaged* or faulty* goods.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
* Damage that will effect the filters performance. Minor damage such as scratches, or surface imperfections that clearly will not effect performance will not be covered under this warranty.
Most items are shipped within 2-7 business days.
However, there may be some delays particularly due to seasonal demand, and after holiday periods (Christmas, Easter etc) as we process a larger than normal volume of orders.
